Affiliate Partners
Affiliated Partners are typically organizations who share a similar vision to build awareness and excitement for Canadian film and talent or with a goal to otherwise enhance the domestic film industry. First Weekend Club strives to build a network of these Affiliated Partners from coast to coast who will work collaboratively towards this collective mission. As each organization may be contributing toward this goal through different means, we hope to cross promote each other’s initiatives through our various resources and promotional channels.
To become part of the First Weekend Club Affiliated Partnership Program, First Weekend Club requests that Partners help promote our select films to their network, be it membership lists, clubs, employees, subscribers, viewers, radio listeners. If you communicate to a large group of people and you think they would be interested in film, then consider becoming an Affiliated Partner and get on the band wagon for promoting Canadian cinema. In exchange, First Weekend Club will help promote your services and special events in our bi-monthly newsletter and on our website.
Through our existing membership and our Affiliated Partners, our email campaigns are currently reaching over 50,000 people! We are very excited about this new program and believe that by working collaboratively with other organizations we will have a tremendously positive impact on the Canadian film industry!
