Parties Without Borders was founded in 2000 by Valerie Dooley who developed the organization as a subsidiary to her existing Public Relations Company “Toots Capital” as an Internet marketing tool.

Dooley developed strong relationships within the film, television and creative production businesses as a former Gold patron of TIFF, a founding member with CFC and a renowned publicist with many artists, directors and filmmakers.

PWB is now developing primarily into a social networking internet publisher focused on providing a portal for all things related to parties and entertainment which facilitates human interaction and sharing. In addition they offer a wide range of services including planning and management of international parties, talent representation, development and management for their team of managed creative artists, and all aspects of public relations and promotions services.

Parties Without Borders Corporation is an international organization located in Toronto with a focus on connection of like-minded people in entertainment and the creative arts globally.

Through the PWB website and social networking platforms, they also create a meeting place for its members to post, announce and communicate their organization's events or newsletters.
