I received an email the other day from a new FWC member who wanted to let me know about his film that has just been released on DVD.  I haven't seen it yet myself, but I wanted to share it with our readers all the same.  It's called BEND AND BREAK by Ian Agard.  Ian wrote, directed and produced this 64 minute film.  I'm always so inspired by how committed and passionate filmmakers are to tell their stories, and it sounds like Ian has gone the distance to get his film made.  Here's a brief description of Bend and Break:

Intense, dramatic and emotionally moving. After being clean and sober for 6 months, Brittany Bock (Juana Samper) is a recovering alcoholic who envisioned a bright future ahead for herself, until an unfortunate mishap turns her life upside down. Bend and Break is a poignant story of how one young woman struggles to deal with her life’s problems and the crippling effects of alcohol addiction.
