Tony Wosk

Tony Wosk has been working in Canada's film and television industry for over a decade. Tony left CBC Television in 2010 after two years as Executive in Charge of Production, TV Comedy in order to run his company Middle Child Films. Prior to moving into television, he spent almost a decade in feature film financing and distribution. Tony was the Director of Acquisitions & Development for Canadian distributor Christal Films, a position he accepted after spending six years with Telefilm Canada as the Senior Analyst for the feature film unit in Ontario, handling development, production and distribution. His credits include producing the Samuel L. Jackson starrer The Samaritan, the award winning environmental film The Green Chain, and executive producing the omnibus film Toronto Stories which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2009. Tony holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from York University's Schulich School of Business and a BA from the University of Western Ontario. He has been on the FWC Board of Directors since 2006.
